Shipping policy

All our orders ship in unmarked, plain packages.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday. 

All orders will typically ship within 24 hours. Sometimes due to courier collection delays, an order may take two days to ship. This is rare but it does happen on occasion. 

After your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be provided so you can track your items. But please keep an eye on your Junk Mail folder as sometimes our automated emails are picked up by spam filters.

All customers are responsible for import taxes and customs fees for their own countries. 

If your order gets lost or damaged, please contact us as we will reship any lost or damaged items free of charge.

Restrictions: Only to be purchased by adults 18 years and older.
